Over the past few months I’ve been self-educating quite a bit on the world of Customer Success. I sift through a LOT of content that is either too clickbaity, poorly written, or not relevant to what I’m trying to accomplish. When I do find great content (i.e. educational and tactical) I file it away to reference at a later date.

Pro Tip: I use Pocket to store articles I come across that I either want to read at a later time or save to keep referencing back to.
