HI, I'M HIRA.

I'm a User Researcher currently solving problems for web developers, designers, marketers, and creative agencies on the Growth and Marketplace teams at Webflow.

Prior to Webflow I unpacked personalization at HBO Max and also worked on all things usability at Workiva - I've worked on a wide range of products from B2B SaaS to consumer tech, but at the heart of it all, I care a lot about making human-centric systems and products that solve real problems.

I started my career in early-stage startups and from those experiences discovered the need for thoughtful and expert-driven User Research. A few years into my career I obtained my Masters degree in Human Computer Interaction & Human Factors at Rice University.
